Cesar Fernandez LIED about his FELONY Drug Charge
“Fernandez was convicted of felony...but has repeatedly stated publicly that it was only a misdemeanor charge.”
When campaigning for election to the Board in 2022, Mr. Fernandez was not transparent about his criminal record, denying voters important information about his background.
Cesar Fernandez also DROVE DRUNK into oncoming traffic. Fernandez was arrested for driving against traffic under the influence of alcohol and another drug. His Blood Alcohol Content was .18, more than DOUBLE the legal amount.
